Jill is an exceptional mediator with a remarkable ability to work collaboratively with all parties involved. She brings a calm, steady presence to even the most emotionally charged situations and has a gift for helping people feel heard, respected, and understood.

What truly sets Jill apart is her ability to balance empathy with structure. She listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and skillfully guides conversations toward productive outcomes without taking sides. Her collaborative approach fosters trust among clients and professionals alike, making it possible to move through complex issues with clarity and mutual respect.

Jill works seamlessly with attorneys, mental health professionals, and families, always keeping the focus on resolution and long-term well-being. Her professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence make her an invaluable mediator, particularly in high-conflict or sensitive matters.

Our center proudly recommends Jill to families and professionals seeking a mediator who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also deeply committed to thoughtful, durable, and compassionate resolution.

Great mediator! Ms. St. Louis was a fair and friendly mediator. She went beyond the scheduled time to finalize our settlement agreement. I definitely recommend Ms. St. Louis as a mediator.

We started negotiating with a different mediator and thankfully changed to Jill who saved us from a potentially awful agreement situation. She was professional, sharp, and helped us resolve everything in a timely manner with the least cost possible to us. I Highly recommend her for anyone hoping to avoid court and use mediation services instead. Jill is the best out there in my opinion.

Jill really helped my issue of parent coordination in Tampa. She helped the mother of my child and I come to a coordinated and agreeable solution of our schedule, how we interact, and showed us how to respect one another. A lot of the other mediators/ parent coordinators in Tampa just seemed to want to get the solution and my money where as Jill wanted to get down to the root and find a way to coexist, and thats what we attained. Thank you, Jill for giving us a Successful Solution.

Jill responded promptly to all my questions, and made the mediation process for a separation agreement as smooth as it could be. I even referred her to a friend of mine when she felt she was getting overcharged by a divorce attorney who offered mediation services. It's never a good time when mediation is needed, but Jill really helped find the middle ground.
